After a much-needed break and a very busy season! Last week we came back with an awesome series for you! This holiday season we will not only be giving you drink recipes but also some mixology food recipes to go along with them!

Here are they drinks first! Bottoms up! ![]()
1. GIN COCKTAIL - Christmas Martini
Best served in a Martini Glass. Ingredients include Gin, Dry Vermouth and Peppermint Schnapps.
Pour the gin, dry vermouth and peppermint schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail or Martini Glass. Garnish with a candy cane, and serve.
2. RUM COCKTAIL – Coco Berry
Served well in a chilled Cocktail Glass. Ingredients include fresh raspberries, raspberry liqueur, white rum and white creme de cacao.
Muddle the raspberries and chambord in a mixing glass. Add ice, rum, and creme de cacao. Stir to chill, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
3. VODKA COCKTAIL - Arctic Red
Served in a Cocktail Glass. Ingredients include Cranberry juice, Club Soda, Lemon Slices, Lime Slices and Sugar.
Place sugar at bottom of a cocktail glass, and grind the lime slices down. Add cranberry vodka and carbonated water, and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Add a couple ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon.
4. TEQUILA COCKTAIL – Cranberry Kiss
This is a fruity, very delicious drink in which all ingredients blend perfectly. Very appropriate for seasonal parties! Best served in a Martini Glass. Ingredients include Tequila, Triple Sec, and Cranberry juice.
Make by the glass for a few guests or in a shaker or pitcher for a large party. Serve in a Martini Glass, garnish with a half slice of fresh lime.
5. WHISKEY/BOURBON COCKTAILS – Daily Mail
Because most of us are getting daily mail I thought this drink was quite fitting!
Ingredients include Scotch Whiskey, Powdered Sugar, Lemon Juice, Curacao Orange Liqueur, and Amaretto Almond Liqueur.
Stir all ingredients together in a lowball or old-fashioned glass, and serve.
6. BEER/WINE COCKTAILS - Crimson Martini
Crimson is a great colour to represent our Christmas Season! What better way to celebrate than a Crimson Martini. Ingredients include Ruby Port, Lime Juice and Grenadine Syrup.
Shake ingredients together with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
7. DESSERT COCKTAIL – Cinnamon Caramel Apple
Ingredients include Cinnamon Schnapps, Apple Cider and Caramel Liqueur.
Pour the shot of Goldschlager in a cocktail glass, fill with 1/2 glass of the chilled apple cider, and add 1 shot of caramel liqueur. Stir to mix.
NOW ONTO DESSERT!!!
1. RUM - Rum Raisin Brownies
Ingredients include… raisins, rum, whipping cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, ground cinnamon, eggs, chopped toasted pecans.
2. AMARETTO – Amaretto Cake
Ingredients include yellow cake mix, eggs, instant vanilla pudding mix, amaretto liqueur, water, vegetable oil, almond extract, and confectioners’ sugar.
3. CHAMPAGNE – White Peach, Cassis and Champagne Float
A yummy dessert idea! Ingredients include…white peaches, halved, pitted, each half cut into 4 wedges, peach ice cream, crème de cassis (black-currant liqueur) plus additional for drizzling, chilled brut Champagne or sparkling wine.
4. WINE – Rose Granita
Ingredients include…Sugar, Rose Wine and Lemon Juice.
5. GRAND MARNIER – Grand Marnier Truffles
Saved the best for last! I don’t know about you but anything with chocolate in it is a winner at my house!
Ingredients include…heavy cream, fresh orange zest, semisweet chocolate, chopped into very small pieces, Grand Marnier and premium cocoa
Whipped Cream Topping: heavy cream, well chilled, confectioners’ sugar, pure vanilla extract, Unsweetened cocoa powder, for sprinkling.
