All of the themes in the last few weeks have been quite appropriate for the season and next week we’ll be beginning the next series for summer can you believe it???!

For the last installment of our Spring cocktail series I thought it would be fun to do Champagne Punch recipes that are light and fruity!

1.  FRUITY CHAMPAGNE PUNCH   This punch would be great served in champagne flutes, small wine glasses or punch glasses.  Ingredients include frozen cranberry juice concentrate juice, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, frozen limeade concentrate, white wine, carbonated water, champagne, sliced limes and strawberries for garnish!

2.  MIMOSA PUNCH  This drink would be best served in a Champagne Flute, wine glass or a punch glass!  Ingredients include orange juice, pear nectar, Cointreau liqueur, dry champagne, ice cubes and sliced strawberries for garnish!

3. PEACH CHAMPAGNE PUNCH    This drink would best served in a Champagne Flute, wine glass or a punch glass! Ingredients include peach nectar, frozen orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, Peach Brandy, Peach Schnapps, Grenadine Syrup, carbonated water, and Champagne!

4.  1920′s CHAMPAGNE PUNCH This cocktail is best served in a Champagne Flute, wine glass or a punch glass! Ingredients include Champagne, orange Curacao, sugar, water, two fresh squeezed lemons, tea, rum and brandy.

5.  SWEET AND TART CHAMPAGNE PUNCH This drink would be best served in a Champagne Flute, wine glass or a punch glass! Ingredients include frozen limeade concentrate, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, Champagne or Sparkling wine, slice lemon and carbonated water.

This concludes Spring isn’t that fantastic?!!!!  Don’t forget to come back next week for the start of our brand new Summer series!!!
